Marie Lopez

She is a bioingineer at Instadeep working on applying cutting-edge deep learning models to diverse biology problems. She holds a PhD in human population genomics from the Pasteur Institut de Paris, where she worked on modeling the genetic evulotionary history of Central African hunters-gatherers and farmers. She developed an expertise in biostatistics and taught in several international bioinformatics hands-on courses
